A tribute to late Er. Pradeep Shekhawat...

miss u so much dear,,, Your body is not alive today but you always live in our hearts.

!! Dedicated to Daughters on International Women's Day !!

Happy International Women's Day

What's Next for the Dreamers..?

If you are a dreamer. This article is dedicated to you. Right now you are the most important person around. If you had been the only person to ever read this article, I would still have written it, just for you. You are that much special.

What is a dreamer..?
Before we go any further, let me explain what is a dreamer..?
A dreamer is a person who is not afraid to challenge society's norms and not afraid to tread their own path rather than following the well-trodden path. A dreamer is someone who is always willing to take a chance and always asks why before doing something that others are doing blindly. A dreamer is a person who has a great futuristic picture which they work to achieve at all costs. Dreamers are world changers.
Dreamers chart their own course and destiny. I believe every one of us is born unique in every way, but over the years we work very hard to become like everyone else.
My own heroes are the dreamers, those men and women who tried to make the world a better place than when they found it, whether in small ways or great ones. Some succeeded, some failed, most had mixed results... but it is the effort that's heroic, as I see it. Win or lose, I admire those who fight the good fight.

Don't follow the crowd: Chart your own course
Society's commonsense tells us that, that is the way to go. Unfortunately, commonsense is not always good-sense. It's just common. If you are a dreamer you cannot afford to work on society's assumptions and standards. You have to be unique.
For instance, a lot of people have spent anything from 15 to 20 years getting an education so they can have that perfect job and earn a huge salary. Unfortunately for most, the perfect job and the huge earnings never materialize. They only have the long hard years of work and loads of papers with unpronounceable names to show for it.
Most of them have lost touch with the very people they are working so hard to provide for- their husband, wife and children, all because of having to "work hard" for a living. Yet few ask themselves if there is a better way. They blindly follow what they've always been taught.

I am here to tell you that there is another method. It's not for everyone. It's not the only method. It's not the simple way. Actually, it is more likely to be the harder way. But I guarantee you it is the best way. It is simply this - follow your dreams. If you can think it, you can have
Don’t use excuses
We all have two voices. There’s the voice that tells us to work harder, to focus on the work at hand and to complete it before we move on to the next. And to complete it wellWe also have the voice that tells us to take a rest for sometime, to think about what’s on TV, or to visit a site that we like to use that entertains us – whether it’s twitter or facebook.
In life we’re the victim of injustice from time to time. It could be a promotion that we deserve but don’t get. No matter who we are, we’re going to be treated unfairly at some point. We can either feel sorry for ourselves, or push forward and put it behind us – even use it as motivation. Listen to your excuses. Understand why you have them. Then figure out how you can use them for good.
Be happy : The good news and the bad news-
I have both good and bad news for you. The bad news is that that huge house you desire, the car that costs as much as the house, the huge flat screen television and all those wonderful things you are planning to get once you are successful will never make you happy. In fact, I know quite a few rich people that are more miserable than you could imagine. They have worked hard all their lives and have every material thing they could ever want, but there is still a lack and dissatisfaction within them that echoes with emptiness.
The good news is that , as Abraham Lincoln stated, "People are just about as happy as they make up their minds to be." You therefore have the power to decide to be happy no matter where you are in your life. Do not ever make the mistake of thinking you will be happy when you are achieve this and that in the future. If you are miserable now, you will be miserable when you get there unless you change your mindset.

Devlop a happiness habit
The process of being happy is imply to replace the unhappiness producing habits with happiness producing habits. Changing your thinking and attitude is always the first step. You must drive off the thoughts that lead to discouragement, fear, worry, depression and hate and replace with positive thoughts. For instance, instead of dreading going to work everyday decide that you will enjoy your work today and imagine yourself actually doing so when you start the day. If you expect the best you often get the best.

Early mornings and late nights
People who have achieved true success in their lives have worked for it. This might come at the detriment of other areas of their lives, such as family or social life. But their mission is first and foremost. Until it’s complete, everything else comes second. There’s literally no substitute for hard work.
Abraham Lincoln said, “Things may come to those who wait… but only the things left by those who hustle.” If you want to be successful, you’re going to have to out hustle everyone else.
Getting up early will probably be somewhat challenging at the beginning, but it gets easier every day. You just have to push through the first 10-15 days. This takes some discipline and will power, but it is well worth it. Yes, you will be tired at the beginning, but after a week you will realize having more and more energy during the day and feeling less and less tired.
Our goal here is to be buzzing with energy throughout the entire day while sleeping less. There is no point in getting up at 5AM if afterwards you are tired for the rest of the day.
Some people recommend to make getting up early a slow and incremental process, where you get up 15 minutes earlier every 1-2 weeks.
When I decided to get up earlier, I immediately went from about 8AM to 6AM and about a year later I decided to give 5AM a try and it worked quite well for me.

But, you can experiment with both approaches.
Make your own Principle
Creating your Personal Principles is basically identifying a set of personal values that have meaning to you and living in alignment with those values.
What are your principles..? All of us should have them, know what they are, and live our lives by them.
One of Apple’s principles is to bring change to the world through technology, and they do it with every product they release.
Identify what principles you have that guide your life through tough times, and when things couldn’t be any better. They shouldn’t change, and at your core, neither should you.
Take Risk-
No risk, no reward. Those who have achieved real success have often risked the most to get there. There have been billions of people throughout history who have had the ability to achieve greatness, whether it was the talent or smarts, they had it. What they didn’t have was the guts to risk the life that they were living. They also didn’t have the work ethic to see their talent realized.
The greatest tragedy in life is wasted talent .
Your big, audacious dream might be to marry the girl of your dreams and have a family with her. You risk might be to leave the career that you love in order to support her and your family. Your dream might be to help millions live longer, healthier lives. Whatever your dream is, give it enough of a chance to be realized.
Take Risk if you truly want to see the reward.

Conclusion
I hope your dream will come to life and make a positive contribution to the lives of the people of this beautiful country. You can make all the difference and, if you are a dreamer, I know you are not waiting for someone else to do it. You do it !
Sadly but true, and in the words of Myles Munroe - “The poorest man in the world is the man without a dream. The most frustrated man in the world is the man with a dream that never becomes reality.”

!! Dadicated to My Big Brother (Cousin) on My 20th Birthday (1 January 2014) !!

!! Dadicated to My Mother on My 20th Birthday !!

(1st January 2014 on my 20th Birthday)

Facebook Celebrates its tenth Anniversary

Facebook celebrates its tenth anniversary in the week beginning February 4, 2014.

In a January 2014, during the week previous to the company's tenth anniversary. Facebook's chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg, clarified: "Zuckerberg always said Facebook was started not just to be a company, but to fulfill a vision of connecting the world."

What is Facebook...?
Facebook is an online social networking site which was founded in February 2004 by Mark Zuckerberg with his college roommates and friends  Andrew McCollum, Eduardo Saverin, Dustin Moskovitz and Chris Hughes, then its called "thefacebook.com. The originators had initially limited the website's membership to Harvard students, but later enlarged it to colleges in the Boston area. It became Facebook.com in August 2005 after the address was purchased for $200,000. Now Facebook allows anyone who declares to be at least 13 years old to become a recorded user of the website. The site's features have continued to develop during 2007.
Users must register before using the site, after which they may create a personal profile, then add known users in friend list, chat with friends, and receive automatic notifications.

Case against Facebook :-
The legal case against Facebook dates back to September 2004, when a classmate named Divya Narendra, and the brothers Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, who founded the social-networking site ConnectU, blamed Mr Zuckerberg of copying their ideas and coding.
New information uncovered by Silicon Alley Insider suggests that some of the complaints against Mark Zuckerberg are valid.
The primary dispute around Facebook's origins centered around whether Mark had entered into an "agreement" with the Harvard seniors, Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss and Divya Narendra, to develop a similar web site for them and then, instead, stalled their project while taking their idea and building his own. Mr Zuckerberg had worked as a computer programmer for them when they were all at Harvard before Facebook was created.
The case was dismissed due to a technicality in March 2007 but without a ruling.

Figures about Facebook on its 10th year :-

Facebook has 1.26 billion total users, more than 1.20 billion mothly active users of which 9% are fake, 757 million daily active users. About 945 million of the users were accessing facebook on mobile devices. 70% teens that are friends with their parents on facebook, based on company data.

In May 2005, Accel partners invested $12.7 million in Facebook.
In 2012, Facebook was valued at $104 billion, and by January of 2014 its market capitalization had risen to over $134 billion. At the end of January 2014, 1.23 billion users were active on the website every month, while on December 31, 2013, 945 million.
The biggest market for Facebook is the United States with 146.8 million users, Next was India (84.9 million) and Brazil (61.2 million) in late 2013, according to the research firm eMarketer.
Facebook billionaires include co-founder Mark Zuckerberg, Dustin Moskovitz, Eduardo Saverin and its first president, Sean Parker. Chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg has also become a billionaire with the rise in Facebook's stock.
Facebook reported its revenues jumped to $7.87 billion from $5.1 billion in 2012. Most of the revenue is from online advertising.
Facebook had 6,337 employees as of December. Some studies suggest that Facebook-related firms and apps have created many more jobs and economic value.

"The Social Network," the 2010 film about the origins of Facebook, won four Golden Globes including for best picture and best director and three Oscars, for best adapted screenplay, original score and film editing.

BEWARE ! The Robots are Coming

What is Robot...?
robot is a mechanical agent, usually an electro-mechanical machine that is operated by a computer program. Robots can be autonomous or semi-autonomous. By mimicking a lifelike appearance or automating movements, a robot may convey a sense of intelligence or thought of its own.
Here, by the word “robot”, I’m using shorthand for “automation” – a mixture of improvements in hardware and software.

Is it dangerous for us...?
These automated machines can take the place of humans in dangerous environments or manufacturing processes, or resemble humans in appearance, behavior, and cognition. Many of today's robots are inspired by nature.
Robots have replaced humans in the assistance of performing those repetitive and dangerous tasks which humans prefer not to do, or are unable to do due to size limitations, or even those such as in outer space or at the bottom of the sea where humans could not survive the extreme environments.
What’s your reaction to the suggestion that, at a stage in the next 20-40 years, you will lose your work to a robot ?
The suggestion is that automation will continue to improve until it reaches the stage when it is cheaper for your worker to use computers and robots to do your job, than it is to continue employing you. This change has happened in the past with all manner of manual and repetitive work. Could it happen to you?
People typically have one of two reactions to this suggestion:
  1. My work is too complex, too difficult, too human-intense, etc, for a robot to be able to do it in the foreseeable future. I don’t need to worry.
  2. My present job may indeed be outsourced to robots, but over the same time period, new kinds of job will be created, and I’ll be able to do one of these instead. I don’t need to worry.
Think again. Don’t need to worry?
  • Automation will cause increasing numbers of employee to lose their current jobs.
  • Accelerating automation will mean that robots can quickly become able to do more works their ability to improve and learn will far outpace that of human workers – so the proportion of people who are unemployed will grow and grow.
  • Even as technology improves, the economy will stagnate, with disastrous consequences.
  • This is likely to happen long before technologies such as nanotech have reached their full potential – so that any ideas of us existing at that time in an economy of plenty are flawed.
There are concerns about the increasing use of robots and their role in society. Robots are blamed for rising unemployment as they replace workers in some functions. The use of robots in military combat raises ethical concerns. The possibility of robot autonomy and potential repercussions has been addressed in fiction and may be a realistic concern in the future.
Robots are quickly becoming an important part of reality. These intelligent machines have already taken over manufacturing, so find out which other jobs robots are likely to take! Many companies are working on developing cars that drive themselves, so it can't be that long before robots take over driving jobs. This type of work is perfect for a robot; go from point A to point B, they could be easily implemented in trucking, taxi, and mail delivery services using GPS systems and special vehicles that sense surrounding traffic. They can also paint cars and assemble aircraft equipment.
I think only Dharm guru, Pandit, Molvi & Padri's work will be safe.

SUCCESS

WHAT IS SUCCESS?
:~ When your signature change into autograph, that is success.

Success is neither a destination nor a achievement. It is a constant journey where we have to work hard, face obstacles, with passion and with great deal of zeal which will help us to attain and accomplish milestones in our life.
As a my point of view when your sign become autograph and your name search on Google from Facebook then you become a success. Success is the aim of everyone's life. All human beings want to be successful. Success is today's buzz word. A greater part of our life is spent in preparation for success and nearly the entire later part for the achievement of success. We search for some magic success formula, some success secret, and the success mantra. We all want to Be Successful.

The Success Guru's success formula, success secret, and success mantra, is very simple, have a haunting desire for success, have a single paramount goal in life, acquire the perfect knowledge and skills for success in your chosen field, have a fool-proof plan, have faith in yourself, create a group of successful or knowledgeable persons around you, work hard, have self-discipline, be good to others, and direct all your energies to your success.

Success contributes a great lot to happiness. A successful person is self-satisfied. He has usually name and fame, comforts, respect, authority, and easy life. However, the road to success is paved with hard work, sometimes failures, heart breaks, and bitterness. Happiness mantra can help us here. Happy people are generally successful also; but successful persons may not necessarily be happy too.
But don't forget, the real success is in giving and sharing the success, helping and assisting others to be successful and loving and caring for those who have not been successful.
Make others successful and you will Be Successful !
