What's Next for the Dreamers..?

If you are a dreamer. This article is dedicated to you. Right now you are the most important person around. If you had been the only person to ever read this article, I would still have written it, just for you. You are that much special.

What is a dreamer..?
Before we go any further, let me explain what is a dreamer..?
A dreamer is a person who is not afraid to challenge society's norms and not afraid to tread their own path rather than following the well-trodden path. A dreamer is someone who is always willing to take a chance and always asks why before doing something that others are doing blindly. A dreamer is a person who has a great futuristic picture which they work to achieve at all costs. Dreamers are world changers.
Dreamers chart their own course and destiny. I believe every one of us is born unique in every way, but over the years we work very hard to become like everyone else.
My own heroes are the dreamers, those men and women who tried to make the world a better place than when they found it, whether in small ways or great ones. Some succeeded, some failed, most had mixed results... but it is the effort that's heroic, as I see it. Win or lose, I admire those who fight the good fight.

Don't follow the crowd: Chart your own course
Society's commonsense tells us that, that is the way to go. Unfortunately, commonsense is not always good-sense. It's just common. If you are a dreamer you cannot afford to work on society's assumptions and standards. You have to be unique.
For instance, a lot of people have spent anything from 15 to 20 years getting an education so they can have that perfect job and earn a huge salary. Unfortunately for most, the perfect job and the huge earnings never materialize. They only have the long hard years of work and loads of papers with unpronounceable names to show for it.
Most of them have lost touch with the very people they are working so hard to provide for- their husband, wife and children, all because of having to "work hard" for a living. Yet few ask themselves if there is a better way. They blindly follow what they've always been taught.

I am here to tell you that there is another method. It's not for everyone. It's not the only method. It's not the simple way. Actually, it is more likely to be the harder way. But I guarantee you it is the best way. It is simply this - follow your dreams. If you can think it, you can have
Don’t use excuses
We all have two voices. There’s the voice that tells us to work harder, to focus on the work at hand and to complete it before we move on to the next. And to complete it wellWe also have the voice that tells us to take a rest for sometime, to think about what’s on TV, or to visit a site that we like to use that entertains us – whether it’s twitter or facebook.
In life we’re the victim of injustice from time to time. It could be a promotion that we deserve but don’t get. No matter who we are, we’re going to be treated unfairly at some point. We can either feel sorry for ourselves, or push forward and put it behind us – even use it as motivation. Listen to your excuses. Understand why you have them. Then figure out how you can use them for good.
Be happy : The good news and the bad news-
I have both good and bad news for you. The bad news is that that huge house you desire, the car that costs as much as the house, the huge flat screen television and all those wonderful things you are planning to get once you are successful will never make you happy. In fact, I know quite a few rich people that are more miserable than you could imagine. They have worked hard all their lives and have every material thing they could ever want, but there is still a lack and dissatisfaction within them that echoes with emptiness.
The good news is that , as Abraham Lincoln stated, "People are just about as happy as they make up their minds to be." You therefore have the power to decide to be happy no matter where you are in your life. Do not ever make the mistake of thinking you will be happy when you are achieve this and that in the future. If you are miserable now, you will be miserable when you get there unless you change your mindset.

Devlop a happiness habit
The process of being happy is imply to replace the unhappiness producing habits with happiness producing habits. Changing your thinking and attitude is always the first step. You must drive off the thoughts that lead to discouragement, fear, worry, depression and hate and replace with positive thoughts. For instance, instead of dreading going to work everyday decide that you will enjoy your work today and imagine yourself actually doing so when you start the day. If you expect the best you often get the best.

Early mornings and late nights
People who have achieved true success in their lives have worked for it. This might come at the detriment of other areas of their lives, such as family or social life. But their mission is first and foremost. Until it’s complete, everything else comes second. There’s literally no substitute for hard work.
Abraham Lincoln said, “Things may come to those who wait… but only the things left by those who hustle.” If you want to be successful, you’re going to have to out hustle everyone else.
Getting up early will probably be somewhat challenging at the beginning, but it gets easier every day. You just have to push through the first 10-15 days. This takes some discipline and will power, but it is well worth it. Yes, you will be tired at the beginning, but after a week you will realize having more and more energy during the day and feeling less and less tired.
Our goal here is to be buzzing with energy throughout the entire day while sleeping less. There is no point in getting up at 5AM if afterwards you are tired for the rest of the day.
Some people recommend to make getting up early a slow and incremental process, where you get up 15 minutes earlier every 1-2 weeks.
When I decided to get up earlier, I immediately went from about 8AM to 6AM and about a year later I decided to give 5AM a try and it worked quite well for me.

But, you can experiment with both approaches.
Make your own Principle
Creating your Personal Principles is basically identifying a set of personal values that have meaning to you and living in alignment with those values.
What are your principles..? All of us should have them, know what they are, and live our lives by them.
One of Apple’s principles is to bring change to the world through technology, and they do it with every product they release.
Identify what principles you have that guide your life through tough times, and when things couldn’t be any better. They shouldn’t change, and at your core, neither should you.
Take Risk-
No risk, no reward. Those who have achieved real success have often risked the most to get there. There have been billions of people throughout history who have had the ability to achieve greatness, whether it was the talent or smarts, they had it. What they didn’t have was the guts to risk the life that they were living. They also didn’t have the work ethic to see their talent realized.
The greatest tragedy in life is wasted talent .
Your big, audacious dream might be to marry the girl of your dreams and have a family with her. You risk might be to leave the career that you love in order to support her and your family. Your dream might be to help millions live longer, healthier lives. Whatever your dream is, give it enough of a chance to be realized.
Take Risk if you truly want to see the reward.

Conclusion
I hope your dream will come to life and make a positive contribution to the lives of the people of this beautiful country. You can make all the difference and, if you are a dreamer, I know you are not waiting for someone else to do it. You do it !
Sadly but true, and in the words of Myles Munroe - “The poorest man in the world is the man without a dream. The most frustrated man in the world is the man with a dream that never becomes reality.”
